West Sussex Housing Society has been associated with the local Rotary clubs for over fifty years. The Society was founded by members of Shoreham and Southwick Rotary Club and is still affliliated with Rotary. Our current Chairman, Mr Tony Matthews who is a Rotarian, has been a member of the Society for nearly 15 years and became the Society’s Chairman in 2004.
Paul Harris was the founder of the Rotary club which operates throughout the world. The Paul Harris Award was set-up to acknowledge acheivements within the local community. In recognition of Tony’s services to the Society he has been awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship. Tony joins a very elite group of Rotarians.
